I just have to share this great tumblr site with you today! It focuses on handwritten letters all drawn by Mary Kate McDevitt out of Portland, OR. Everyday she draws a new letter and sends it off in the mail to a participating member (sadly submissions are now closed). She then shares what she sent with all type nerds around the world. These are such great pieces of inspiration. I also love the the mission behind it. Spreading the joy of snail mail and art on a daily basis. It’s a very simple idea and yields great work. Enjoy some of my favorites below!
