Okay, here I go! I’m starting a series of posts of me and Christopher’s wedding. We got married exactly 3 months ago so I thought it was appropriate time to start sharing these photos. So far we’ve been loving married life. We also loved how our wedding day turned out. We had so much fun with friends and family. I had a smile on my face for the whole day and for about a week after that!
I’m going to start by showing some photos from the very beginning of the day, just getting things set up and ready for the afternoon ceremony. We got married at the Ladies Library Association in Kalamazoo Michigan. I originally saw the place about 2 months after we got engaged at a local art show and thought this would be a great place for our ceremony. I didn’t ask if they even did weddings until 4 months later when we were trying to secure some details before our internships in Switzerland. I was so happy to hear that they do weddings and we would be able to have ours here. What I loved the most about this space was its natural beauty. We hardly had to decorate the interior at all. It was special all on its own. Enjoy some of these photos. I will be posting more throughout the week.
