Here is a peak of the ceremony in action. Christopher and I wrote our vows with our officiant and good friend Joe and his wife/my brides maid, Rachel. My dad and our friend Kristen did readings for us. We tried to make the ceremony as personal and heart felt as possible.
For the music we selected a varied mix of songs from the Beatles while people were taking their seats. As the ceremony started, the first song that played for when Christopher and his parents and my dad and his wife walked down the aisle was ‘Here Comes the Sun’ by the Beatles. The wedding party walked down to ‘Stand By Me’ by Ben E. King. I walked down the aisle with my mother and the song I picked was ‘Sea of Love’ by Cat Power. All of these songs worked so well together too. Finally our recessional song was ‘You Make My Dreams’ by Hall & Oates, one of the happiest songs on the planet. And now here are the pictures…

Yes, there is still some more to come next week too. I’ve been more busy than usual at the end of this week so my schedule has been thrown off. But it’s all good and I can’t wait to share some good news with you all very soon.
